methadone help,can I go over 2 suboxone? S-from detroit

I was a heroin user for over 10 yrs(interveinous). I was in and out of rehabs, lomg story short I finally had that ah ha moment! Im from Michigan& I requested my family to send me to a rehab in Florida so I couldent run out,knew no one and was far away from Detroit! I did a week detox and a two month inpatient rehab. I had a grand-mal sezure 2&1/2 weeks into my residental side well it was from xanax withdraw.I threw that in there to let people know that my xanax withdraw almost killed me and I felt like c**p for 6 months,heroin I was done in a week or so. So here is the problem I came back to Michigan after being 6 months clean, stayed clean for a month& on my birthday I relapsed only for a week and knew I dident want back into that life I worked too hard! I went to public councling and funding and wanted to get on suboxone to keep me in check for ahwhile so I could ajust to living back in Mi. I have no insurance so suboxone is like 800$$ for a month supply, the state wouldent fund me for suboxone only methadone.I went home went back and forth deciding because of all of the horror storys.But being so desperate to stay clean I got on methadone.SO I was on methadone for 2yrs @ 165mlg. I got kicked out exactly 2yrs to the day I started for xanax dirty drops in one month I went from 165 to 30mlg I felt fine Im still on 30 mlg. I get my methadone my own way!!!!!!!I gained 90 pounds in the 2 yrs on it I diet dont eat exersize I CANT LOOSE! What my question is Im so done I want to put methadone and that shady old life in my rearview mirror! Can I switch over to suboxone from 30mlg or do i need to be at zero then take suboxone. I am also thinking of going under anasthia for 3 days and they pump tons of narcan in you so when you wake up your methadone free.But its 8,000$$$. I put my grandparents threw enough money but they will do it. So big question again can I not take my 30mlg of methadone tommrow then the next day take suboxone???? Thanks for taking the time to read my rambling, anyone that knows whats up can I do that. I dont want to hear meetings, I want a quick fix no I just have alot on my plate Im not in a clinic I cant taper so i want to know if the suboxone will throw me into withdraw because of the naltraxone in it.
