So here's my update, its now 2/6/08 and this morning I weighed in at 115.5 lbs. So it went down a little from the previous day of 116.9 lbs. I still take two pills a day. One when I get home from school around 3:00pm before I eat lunch then I have the second one a little before dinner around 7-8:00pm. Well there's your update, I do eat pretty well though, just so people know, I don't pig out on junk food or eat huge amounts of food. I also exercise about 2-3 days a week, about 45 mins each time.

I like many posts i've read was skeptical of these pills. I am a 53 year old male and began to watch my food intake about 3 years ago. I eat very little fast food and have maybe 2 sodas a week. I do not diet but try to eat healthy, that is more fiber and less red meat. Even though i've changed my eating habits I had not lost any weight. I needed to loose 40 pounds when I started taking the pills about 4 months ago. In that time without changing my eating or exercise habits I have lost 22 pounds. These pills do work and I have and increase in energy. I am on blood pressure medicine and my physician has had to lower the dosage probably from the weight loss but could be a result of the pills. I like them and they worked for me.

I have tried this product for about 4 weeks. Like another poster here, I only take 1 pill per day. I didn't know that Guarana extract is a form of caffeine - but it did say that in parenthesis on the bottle after I received it. I never drink coffee, so a small amount of caffeine doesn't bother me. But i'm happy now to be aware of it. I drink a lot of tea, and I know Green tea sometimes has caffeine. As far as results go, I took this to try to find a way to boost my Metabolism, since over the age of 40 it starts to slow down a bit. Combining one Pineapple Diet pill per day with a plan like weight watchers has helped me lose weight. Not dramatically, maybe 1lb/week - but that's a rate I am comfortable with. I believe in combining it with a little increased exercise and a weight loss program - healthier eating choices and smaller portions you can live with. I was a little concerned about the Chromium, but with 1 pill, it's only 100mcg - which seems small enough not to worry about. I probably will buy one more bottle, and when it runs out, stop taking it, hopefully at a better weight. I didn't know how else to boost my metabolism safely. This seems to be helping!

Hello everyone thank you all for posting your feed backs and comments on these pills. My grandma, grandpa, mom and myself have always struggled with our weight. My mom and I have tried every diet and we'd lose some weight but it would always come back plus more. The most successful diet I have ever tried was the Biggest Loser diet! I so far in about 4 weeks have lost 25 pounds and have kept it off! but my grandparents can't regularly exercise and they already eat very little but they still want to lose weight. So my Grandma got this ad and was VERY excited about it! She placed an ordered right away and expressed the shipment it's been a week and we haven't gotten anything yet and they were supposed to get here in 3-4 days! I am very nervous because she used her credit card. If any of you received their money back please tell me as I am very anxious and am worried that my grandma got scammed.

I am usually a huge skeptic and I still am o.O Even so, I decided to go ahead and order the pills. I agree, there is no wonder drug and without constant work any weight you lose will definitely come back. I ordered them as a boost to help me get started. Just enough to get the oumph back! I'm sure some of you know what I'm talking about. I've read all the posts "AFTER" ordering my pills. I used a credit card so we'll see if they come in. I ordered them on 12/9 and had them shipped regular mail. The girl I ordered from sounded a bit ditzy...lol, but it could be like one person posted that these people hire a service to take their calls. I will definitely let you know when they get here and if there are any results.

Ok, my order came in today 12/15. I'll start it tomorrow and let you know what happens... if anything. I'm not a big water drinker, but plan to add a few glasses to my day. Someone posted that water helps the process and it makes sense. I know it helps to flush the system.

My thanks to everyone who wrote about their experience or commented on others' experience. Those writings certainly show a large range of responses from this product. I thought IloveMiros' response "...everyone is going to react differently..." most appropriate as each one that tries it has a different set of conditions which may account for 0 to 50 lbs of weight loss reported in these writings.
About a year ago I tried this product. I immediately noticed this product was very good at suppressing my urge to snack between dinner and bed. I lost about 10 lbs. over a two week period but no more for the next 4-6 weeks...I received full refund, promptly. I went on my merry way to try 3-4 other weight loss schemes. None of these schemes worked, however. A year later, today I'm surprised I have maintained my 10 lb weight loss. This is nice. Could it be permanent? If I can lose another 10 lbs. I would be at or very close to my ideal weight. Therefore, I plan to buy this product again since others didn't do anything for me.

I used the pills for a week with the free week trial. I lost 2 lbs in that week. I haven't been faithful to it with the holidays, etc, but started on it again today with the bottle that was sent to me. I did not gain the 2 lbs back over the holidays so I think that's a plus!

When I started the pills again on Jan 4 I weighed in at 160.6. I have a weight watchers scale that gives pounds and ounces. I weighed myself this morning and I weighed in at 158.8. So in 9 days I have lost 1.8 pounds. Mind you, I am eating better these days and I also added a cardio regimine to my daily life. Before I didn't really exercise or make the effort. I would say that due to the changes I've made is the reason for the weight loss. The advertisement for the pills state that you will lose a lot of weight. 1.8 isn't much, but I am happy that I didn't gain that amount :-)
I will be returning my pills for a refund as the loss hasn't been as much as was advertised.

for about a year now and have lost about 30 lbs. This was also in conjunction with a good diet
and exercise. Before I used this product I had lost 10 lbs. over a six month period of time on another diet.
The product did not work for me the way it was advertised, but it has helped boost my metabolism a bit.
This pill is not a miracle weight loss pill, you need to work to lose weight. The pill is just a way to help you lose the weight.

I was so excited to order this fat melter pills or capsule Metzger pineapple. I started taking on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday but instead of losing, I gained 4 lbs. and I felt not so good. I decided not to take it anymore because, I am afraid I'll put on more weight so I stopped and will call the company to refund the money to me.

I started taking this product in March 21 2017. Sept 20 2017 I've lost 37 lbs. and yes I still enjoy all my favorites and re-ordered several times to share with family and friends.
