Missed period 5-6 months

i am 18 and i am sexually active i havent had my period since july 5 and its now december 4th is there something wrong with me? im getting a little frightened..

I'm 16 also and mine will go 6 to 7 months late and I'm not sure if it's stress related(my parents were recently divorced), a sickness, or just normality to be honest. My doctor was concerned when I went in for a physical and she sent me in for blood work. I still haven't gotten the results yet. Does anyone have an answer to this problem!

I just wanted to let you no that i am in the same boat as you right now.
I am 19 rihgt now and i was told i had a a contion called PCOS aka Polycystic ovarian syndrome when i was 9-10 witch is rare for such a young person. i have missed a few months before but never this long. i am now coming up to 6 months with out my period and it does scare me.
im wondering did you end up seeing someone about it and what did they say?

Oh i have the same problem. iv been really worried about my periods lately. I haven't had my period for at least 6 months now, last time i had them was around November i think or past that its now the last day of March and still no period, its really worrying me especially when my older sister asked me when the last time a had i told like around 6 months she looked really worried she told me i have to tell someone like a doctor or my mum she said she doesn't want me to have what she has I'm not sure what exactly its called that she has but she said that when she was my age (16) she started getting irregular periods like me then suddenly started gaining a lot of weight so she went to the doctor and figured out that she has some sort of reproductive problem (sorry for not being very helpful with names) and has trouble having children. Like i said its really worrying me i told mum about it she said that's its normal for girls to have irregular periods at first but I've had them since i was 13 and now I'm 16 so that sort of flipped it for me. id like to find answers too.

I too have this problem, and I've been researching, (I'm only 13 btw, and my parents don't even know I've had my period) and some likely causes areAmenorrhea-secondary

 

hi,i am 14  and my period came when i was 11 ,myperiod hasnt comeen in like 2-3 months and a monthe before i was taking this pills to make my period come that my gynocologist had told me now i moved to a different country and my boobs are flat i am ot even an a cup and arent they suppose to be growing? isnt this weird my friends say how much they hate having their period but i am here wishing to get mine everymonth!!!!  please dont tell me to go to the doctor  and just teell me how to make my period come?

Same this is happening to me . I'm almost 13 and I got my period last year, then at the beginning of te school year I got my period but then it hasn't come back it's been 5-6 months

My last period was about 9 months ago, i'm a virgin and i'm 14... my mum says that it's normal to miss a month or 2.... it's been 9...

I have the same issue here , it comes 5 or 6 six months late , and I've never had sex before so I can't be prego . I want answers ! It's scaring me ! Why isn't it regular

Hi I'm 19 years old and I have the same problem too. My period hasn't comeback for almost 5 months until now. I'm an irregular and sometimes I have a period then after two months it will comeback eventually. but this is my first time having this long time not having my period. I haven't had sex or been pregnant. I'm really worried right now. What do you think?

the same thing has happened to me too and I quit a sport I've been doing for awhile too I'm sixteen as well
