Yea dude - if you really haven't started puberty at all - you are probably very close!  Around your age every boy starts to get random erections for no reason ALL the time.  Also - almost 100% of the time kids your age wake up with an erection.  It is a normal part of growing up.  The morning erections will continue pretty much every morning for many more years.  Nothing to worry about!

i think i have started puberty because i have hairs around my penis but no armpit hair.

Yeah man it's normal, i'm pretty sure it's because your hormones are at their peak overnight, so basically this is when your body develops (not during the day...) So you wake up in the morning and get an erection because of your hormones. It's completely normal, happens to me almost every morning :D
