I have narrowed down my motion sickness to my office building at work.  My old office was on the 20th floor, and now I'm on the 4th floor.  Same issue.

I've tried sea bands, cutting caffeine, etc.  Nothing works.  I'm ok for the first hour or so, but after 8 hours my head is spinning and I get bad headaches.

I've seen ENT doctors, etc.  Any ideas????? Please help.

Silly question but is the floor and or walls in your office have some kind of pattern or design to it. Certain carpets or wallpapers with crazy designs will make me sick. Also my neighbor gets bad motion sickness from riding in an elevator and will last for days sometimes weeks.
