Hi, I am 26 years old male and I have started to exercise two weeks ago in the gym. I have noticed that sometimes I get cramps in my muscles and I don't know what may be the reason for this. It may be very painful sometimes so I would like to know what may I do to get rid of this unpleasant appearing.

Hi, cramps during exercises may be caused by exhausting of your muscle but as you told that you are practicing for two weeks I doubt it may be the reason. I suggest you to spend 20 minutes before you start you training stretching and warming up your muscles. This will prepare them for efforts which are coming and you will feel no cramps any more.
