Im 15 years old and when i had sex for the first time my body tightened up, my hands felt like magnets were keeping my fingers together, i couldn't breathe properly, i got up and tried to walk and nearly passed out, my whole body was shaking and my eye twitched..

Hi,

It sounds like you hyperventilated, if that's the case its nothing to worry about and quite normal to cause cramping of the hands, dizziness, and collapse - all as a result of breathing too rapidly.

To avoid it again just relax and try not to get too stressed, may be worth considering why you became anxious in the first place though....

But the think is i wasn't worried about anything, everything felt fine then that happened and i was like "what?!"

I'm not entirely sure what happened to you but it could have been an unexpected anxiety attack. If it happens again, I would say that you should get something done about it because that is not good. Let me know what you think! How are you feeling? ANy symptoms of illness at all?

i really dont know, i felt fine after and fine before, it was just that 20 minutes or so when i felt odd....

That's very odd but I don't think it's much to worry about. I think that you should definitely see a doctor if it happens again. Right now, it could just be an anomoly. Does that make sense?

Yeah, thank you :-D

Hi there, just wanted to check up on you and see how you're doing! Have you had sex since? Have you had any more strange spasms or anything? Keep me posted if you can. Thanks! :-)

It hasn't happened since that one time, so i think everything is okay, but if anything does happen I'm just gonna go to the doctors and find out what the problem is...
thanks for all your help :-)

That's a very good idea. I'm glad to hear that it hasn't happened. To be honest, sometimes I get a charley horse after sex, and that sucks but it's just my muscles...Anyway, keep me posted if you have to go to the doc, okay?
