One of by armpits is fine the other one smells like I haven't showered in weeks. This sounds crazy but after showering I wet a paper towel with rice vinegar and dab under my arms within minutes the smell is gone. The vinegar smell evaporates quickly and I am good to go til next shower and no deodorant necessary

Hi there, just wondering what you've tried, and how you got on?
I've had a similar situation for many years and recently tried gently scrubbing my armpits with soap then applying some baking soda. It has helped a lot.
I've also started buying looser arm tops which don't cling to my armpits, and that has helped too.
I've also noticed that when I apply deoderant/antipersperant, it seems to work best if I wait till I'm totally dry first.
I still sweat, but so far it's not been smelling so quickly, often only smelling like the deoderant now..... :D
I hope you've found some success also.
Baking soda was the first thing that worked :D You only need a small amount, & can use it as a mouth deoderiser, as well. It neutralises the ph and kills germs outright.

Try a sport wash (e.g., Sport Suds or Hex) for your laundry or a no filler wash like Norwex, as well as a sanitizer (Lysol makes a great laundry sanitizer). Bacteria and funk get trapped in your clothes by fillers in some laundry detergents. they are reactivated when you put them on. You may have to wash a few times to get all the old filler out of the clothing. Good luck

Mix one tablespoon each of baking soda and lemon juice. Apply it to your underarms and other body parts where you sweat excessively.

I have also suffered with the horrible smell under my arms. I tried the suggestion of Neosporin and it is AMAZING! No more smell 24 hours later. I use Neosporin with my deodorant every morning and I am fresh all day. No more ruined shirts. Thank you so much. This tip had changed my life.

Bacterial overgrowth is culprit for bad odor. Hydrogen peroxide is the only thing you need. I’ve been scrubbing my left armpit for months with odor even after showering. Just applied hydrogen peroxide to wash cloth and cleaned armpit. It was immediately gone. It should probably be diluted but I’m keeping bottle in my shower now.
