It’s not unusual at all for a two week baby to have a stool immediately after or even during the breastfeeding. It's actually normal and expected for a newborn to have a stool after each meal, be it breast feeding or infant formula. As long as his or her stool doesn't look unusual in any way, this might just be normal.
Breastfeeding baby should have egg-yolk like consistency stools, with almost no smell and even though they are more liquid, they are not diarrhea. If you notice weird smell or change in consistency, then you should consider visiting your pedriatist.
