This is not true as much as I know. There is no way that your testicles stop growing if you masturbate too much. The fact that your testicles are not growing might be caused by something else. Also the fact is that you really can notice them to grow because this is very slow process. You are still very young and your body is entering in to the puberty so you will notice many changes in your body in next several years.
