My children (2 yrs boy and girl 15 months) have the following symptoms. Fever, stomach cramps, loss of appetite and fatigueness... I realy don't know what is wrong with them????

careful that they havent caught this winter vomiting bug, take them to the doctors, it may just be a bug, but with their ages and they are not eating it may be worth checking them out x
