its anxiety disorder. I have that too. i know what you mean by that you fall in your dreams or you seem like your falling as someone is pulling you. Thats due to stress and are called panic attacks. its no worry, you just have to clear your mind and dont worry as much. also the forgetting things is also a symptom of depression. i have this and i feel the same way as you.

You are at the age when people first start to get symptoms of psychosis - which is a brain condition where the brain gets confused about the information coming into it and misinterprets it. Psychosis is very treatable especially when it is caught early.
Here is some science based self-help (which is just common sense for a lot of brain problems, but does help):
1) Reduce stress. (Take deep breaths, take a break from stressful situations, talk to a friend or trusted adult)
2) Eat lots of fish or take omega 3 fatty acid supplements (fish oil capsules). Lots of them. The suggested dose is 2,000 mg.
3) Take a vitamin D pill every day.
4) Don't take any street drugs, not even pot/marijuana. It's hard on your brain, which isn't doing well right now.
5) Get some exercise. Even walking will help.
If you find yourself hearing things other people don't or getting paranoid, get yourself to a doctor. If they put you on a medication, take it, they help and can turn it around, and if you don't it will get worse. Here's an online test about psychosis:

I think it might be a good idea to see a professional doctor first. I also believe God is everywhere and if one chooses to go to an organized area of religion for a health problem, they should know what it is first.
