My daughter has chicken pocks and i took her to the doctor because she complained of stabbing pains in her chest(right side, almost under the arm)...when we got there her BP was 159/107 and her temp was 38...now the doctor said that she is too young to have a heart condition but who can tell these days without a thorough test or ECG?

What can this be?
