I lived in 2 places like that and it was the same with me because soon as I left I felt much much better but when I returned I became tired again. I moved and problem solved. The answer is that my problem was something in the environment of the building I lived in.
In March 2015 the entire 21 story apartment building was vacated permanently.
A few months later when they were "cleaning" the building signs were out up to warn about
ASBESTOS!
imagine that. Asbestos in a building in 2015.
Of course the building was government owned and they figured it was OK for poor people to die from asbestos but a private group made them shut the building down.
Here is it's address.
185 smith street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
You'll see that even today January 20th 2018 the building is still empty.
No one wants to be in it of course.
The government denies it was a dangerous building and they say the asbestos was minimal and safe. (

Reading these experiences about asbestos even in new buildings I flipped out since my building is also quite new from 2012. However, I've talked to my neighbors, but nobody experience similar issues. Now they think I'm COVID infected, hahah ... I'm also worried this is related to the confinement and my mental well being. Have been talking to my psychologist over the phone and he has tried to calm me down, but I'm really concerned about it since I really experience some symptoms the guys above talk about ...
