im 18 years old, and well i was sitting in my bed wit my computer and i crossed my legs and moved a little bit to the side and all the sudden i get this weird sensation on my penis... i got pretty scared so i rushed to the bathroom and my penis was numb... it felt like it had pins and needles when i touched it.. i got so freaked out i tried to pee, so i did and after a min it slowly went away, i think it could be because i masturbate to much.. i do it atleast 3 times a day.. does any know if this is normal?

It's not masturbation. I'm not sure what causes this but it isn't a problem. If it happens often, I would see a doctor about it.
