You are likely on/about day 10 of your cycle. As you said it is unlikely you have ovulated yet. So, therefore you CAN NOT be pregnant, yet. You had sex on day 8. Sperm can survive about 5 days. So, if you ovulate later than day 13 it is unlikely you'd get pregnant.
However, pulling out then wiping off his penis will NOT get rid of any sperm IN his penis. Sperm can remain in his urethra and putting his penis into your vagina will "squeeze" it out - so you could get pregnant.
Be careful. There is always the chance of pregnancy.
