Dan if you are able to ejaculate seaman and even if it is clear that is an indication you have started puberty.
You may not be showing a lot of the signs associated with puberty like pubic hair and voice changing but soon enough all of these changes will happen.
You may just be a bit of a late bloomer but you are just starting puberty and since everyone grows and develops at different rates and times there is no need to worry the changes you are hoping for will happen soon enough.
Your size for your age is fine and very close to what is considered average for your age it will grow it just takes time.
The way you act has absolutely nothing to do with your development and there is nothing wrong with acting the way you do.
So there is nothing wrong you don’t need to change your behaviours and it is great that you are secure enough that you still act the way that you are comfortable with around your family.
Try not to worry when you reach the point in your development and it is your time to grow all the changes you are hoping for will happen it just takes time but you will get there and you don’t need to act a certain way or do anything different to experience all the changes associated with puberty.
