yesterday was his birthday and we had a huge water slide with babyoil and baby shampoo. I don't know it this caused the swelling or what. He said nothing bit him and nobody kicked him. what could be going on? I gave him some benadryl for the swelling and also put him in a cool bathtub to soak in. Then I put an antibotic cream on it. Any ideas what's wrong?
