My son will be 5 in December and for more than a year we've noticed that when he gets really excited about something, an event, a new toy, a new tv show, he brings his closed fists to his mouth and squeezes them together tightly.
It has always seemed like he was just trying to control his excitement however now that I've seen about turretts on the oprah show i'm worried that it might be that.
any help?
