My urine sample came back negative for both UTI and yeast infection. I have nothing on my vagina

Hi, I have read all the previous posts and can relate my doctor is scaring me! 

I have a similar situation but somewhat different as well. I thought I had a UTI or a yeast infection and was in a lot of pain. After putting up with it for a week or so I went to my doctor. My urine sample came back negative for both UTI and yeast infection. She kept throwing the word herpes around like it was no big deal saying that since it’s red and sore down there (also burns when I urinate, but also itches constantly and I have an urgency romper a lot) she thought it was herpes and should “expect to see blisters down there in the next few days” I was shocked because I’ve never been in this situation! She put me on a medication to treat as a UTI  just in case because she didn’t seem to know what else to do. Today (two days later), a small round clear fluid filled bump appeared in the inside of my mouth. It hasn’t popped and it doesn’t hurt at all. (I have nothing on my vagina though, but it does still itch.) I’m still waiting for the test results, but I’m very anxious and feel really dirty overall now. Is it a coincidence and is it just a cyst? Or is that too good to be true and is it a sign that I have herpes? Can you have symptoms down there but only have a bump in your mouth??(what if it doesn’t hurt)
