ok, im 15, and ive been sucking on those cups, to make them stay on my face, without using my hands to hold them. to i sucked the cup really hard..

and 1 hour later, i get red dots under my lips, and on my chin.,.....my mom says that my veins popped and that its never going to go away..

can you please tell me if its going to go away, how long, and what do i do now???pleas help
