i have been in the room with the wife when the doc was preforming her check up and yes he did just about everthing you ask about between the legs in the supports spreading her legs apart and then using his fingers to feel in side her. she also keeps herself shaved so i guess it might make it easier for him to check her out, she does not seem to mind but maybe does seem a little flushed after words.

It sounds like he, did a pretty standard exam with the exception of the  nipple pinching. That was a little extreme. I used to love it when my wife had her exams. Yep, sue him! A male doctor examining a female patient, with a female nurse present - OUTLANDISH! How can that NOT be sexual abuse? These types of horrors must be stopped.

Some people sure are convinced this doctor, without a doubt, abused OP’s wife. How can you arrive at such definite conclusion? None of you were there. The OP wasn’t even there. He starts by saying he doesn’t know what her exam was supposed to be like. He’s “repeating” what his wife supposedly told him about her exam. He admits his wife “may” have mentioned to the doctor her knees hurt and that’s why he “might have examined her knees. Maybe, she mentioned other issues to the doctor? He doesn’t know and either do any of us. His wife, from what OP said, didn’t think SHE was abused. She made another appointment with the same doctor. But you people are absolutely sure she was abused. You’d think a grown woman would know, whether she was abused or not. People should know the FACTS before they convict. Not rely on what someone else heard “may” or may not have happened. I hope NONE of you are ever seated on a jury. I wouldn’t be surprised if OP was just trying to get people worked up by posting or “maybe” it’s a sexual thing for the OP? There's as much evidence for those conclusions as there is OP's wife was abused. 

Sometimes pinching the nipples to see if there's any exudate is appropriate, especially if there may be a concern of breast cancer. Colostrum might also be seen depending on other factors. The color of the exudate could also indicate an infection.
