Hi, after arousal or sex I get nausea ,body heat , and a tingling sensation over my body, it gets so bad I start vomiting, its made my life a misery for a year now, can anyone help?

Im not a doctor or formally trained in any way. but could it be from the blood being drawn out of the body and into your penis? (that would be my best guess)
