Neck pain I have experienceced pain following a root canal, firstly in my jaw and now in my neck. It has been going on for weeks . I have tried pain killers the strongest being tramadol and heat treatment which is not really helping. I even tried a tens machine and had a back neck and shoulder massage. I am concerned that it may be nerve damage or even an allergy to the metal in my new crown.
