Im 19 and Im overweighted in the stomach. Im about 166 cm and 62 pounds. I was on diet but my stomach didnt reduced a lot actualy. So I want to ask you what to do to reduce the side of the stomach cuz Im getting fat in the side pards of the abdomen as well thighs.

I am a Physical Education / Health teacher who is in good health & has a decent shape...I'm 57 years old, as well.

If you are gaining weight there are usually only two reasons
1. your exercise level has decreased
2. your eating habits are poor and way too much junk food is being consumed.

Suggestion:
1. walk faster any place you go even if it is up or down the stairs or to the bathroom. try to take quick exercise breaks like jogging in place for a minute here and there as often as possible.
2. write down what you are eating. try to only eat good nutritious food and eat SMALL amounts, including breakfast, 4 or 5 times a day.

Besides loosing weight and hip / waist inches, you will feel better.

good luck....don't cheat a lot and then complain....if you take the responsibility to work with this info for a couple of weeks, you have to see improvement.

If you are on medicines, ask you doctor to put you on the dose that will NOT make you gain weight.
