I need to get in shape and fast. im 5'4" and i weight 183 pounds. i know, i really let myself go. But its time to change for better. i set myself a goal of losing 30 pounds by new years. Do you think its even possible? Feel free to tell me otherwise i wont get discouraged or anything.

What is the best way for me to achieve this goal? Should I go on a diet or buy those diet pills? What is the fastest way to lose this disgusting weight that follows me around. 


this is a late reply, but it is totally possible! 2 lbs a week is healthy. I lost 30lbs, in a year, by eating a vegetarian diet. now i calorie count, there are plenty of free websites that help you do this and some even have apps for smart phones.

make sure you drink lots of water and eat at least 1200 calories a day.
