For the past 2 months i have been getting chest pains, not burning but a needle like feeling, this occurs once a day ,i hate it as its every time i inhale or cough, the pain is not nice, getting worried help me! What is it and how can i fix it?

Hi I had that same problem last yr, it started mild and then got so bad I had no appetite, I took a pain killer and nothing worked, and eventually ended up in the ER, initially I was told it was gastritis and got medications that still didnt work and ended up in the ER again because I could barely move without intense pain. When i went back I was told I have a stomach infection and possible Appendicitis. I was in the hospital for 2 week getting antibiotics which finally help, also got medication to repair my stomach walls and antacids...etc. It may be something really serious get to a doctor
