I've been heavily addicted to opiates (3-4 doses of at least 40 mg Oxycontin a week- at least) and benzos (3 mg per day of xanax) for about 7 years now. I recently decided that I needed to quit the opiates at least, so I told everyone to cut me off; dont talk to me about what they had, dont sell me anything and dont do anything in front of me, you know how it is) I started eating suboxone for about a year, then one day ALL my sh*t got stolen as soon as I refilled. My Dr. couldn't do anything, and I didn't have the money to pay a hospital bill. I know this sounds weird, but i felt great within a week and a half because I did intense yoga for about 4 hours a day, split up into 4 sessions. it REALLY helped. If yoga's weird for you then just run as much as you can. You'll sweat out most of the toxins, and you'll be sore and might get sick, but its kind of like purging your soul of those drugs. If your into the yoga look up the Tibetan 5 Rites of Rejuvenation. Do them as much as you can. I've known a few people (including myself obviously) who have used this to get off drugs. Another side note - smoke DMT. It will eliminate your cravings for anything you might be addicted to for the rest of the day after you do. I've known numerous kids who used/use DMT every day (which is fine for you, its produced in your brain anyway, except its harsh on the lungs) and got off serious smack or sub addiction. Just a few ideas. Look up the drug Iboga on Erowid.org under "plants and drugs". If you can get some of that sh*t you can quit anything apparently. o.O
