I had surgery 4.5 years ago for BPH. Ever since then I have had retrograde ejaculation. I have had Dr.'s ask why I need to ejaculate. These men must be Aliens! I went to a uroligist in Sarasota Friday. I had heard of using a stint to correct the problem. He explained that a stint is put in much farter up and makes it easier to pass kidney stones. I talked to him about an article I read of injecting collagen around the neck of the bladder  to help correct this. The study was with men with lower spinal cord injuries, or were trying to have children. My uroligist is checking on some things and getting back to me next week. But if you haven't had the surgery yet, hold off. Check out TherMatrx® Office Thermo Therapy. This is dome in the Dr.'s office, and is done by using heat. So it is no surgery at all. You are able to leave the Dr.'s shortly after it is finished. It takes less than an hour, and you may be experiencing pain for a few days. I wish I knew about this before I had my surgery done!!  This is the Forida Urology Specialist in Sarasota Florida that I know is using this . I have no Idea how widley it is being used. It would reduce the need for surgines for sure. After 4.5 years of research and no results, I wanted to post this so at least you can see if there is someone close that is using this. Maybe even check with Mayo clinic. I have been to several urololigists, who were rude, arrogant, and told me there was no difference except for ejaculating. I'm sure none of these guys have experienced this. One Dr. Told me 90% of your orgasm is in your brain. I've never found this to be true. Hope this helps someone out.
