I think I misunderstood your question. You think you have a UTI and that you heard pregnancy tests won't read correctly if you have one?
If thats the case, TRUST ME being a person that has had reoccurring UTI'S throughout my lifetime, (I've had to see a urologist and have this urinary scope procedure done, ouch...!)

I'm not sure if I have a UTI or not, someone on a different post told me I might have one. I have a similar situationI had unprotected sexand decided 2 double up on my birth control as well as taking the morning after pill next choice within 24 hours 1 week later after taking next choice I am now feeling pregnancy symptoms such as tender breasts nausea, chills, slight fever. These symptoms are the same symptoms I experienced while I was pregnant with my son I have taken 3 pregnancy test that all came out negative my period is due this week now my question is could the symptoms that I am experiencingcome from taking such high dosage of hormones or is it that I am pregnant
