Greetings, you should go to doctor. At least that is for sure. Everything else isn't. It could be a sign for some illness but maybe it is not. Having a nipple discharge which isn't related to breastfeeding is concerning at least. I can only hope that it is nothing serious. The color can determine what is wrong. If it is bloody it could be due to an in jury or even a breast cancer. But you should check it with a doctor that is the most certain way.
