Hi I'm a 13 year old boy, recently in the last few months, my nipples have started to secrete a yellowish liquid that dries and hardens on my clothes sometimes. When this liquid hardens without sticking to my clothes, it stays on my nipples like a scab, only to eventually fall off due to drying and clothes rubbing against it. It then become raw and secretes the yellow liquid again.
I was wondering if there was anything I can do about it, can anything help stop this?
