It would be very early for any signs of pregnancy. You likely just have or are about to ovulate. If it's just a few spots, it may be ovulation bleeding.
Sometimes this can happen. It can indicate a hormonal issue but often resolves itself.

You could be pregnant but the timing is off. Normally implantation bleeding wouldn't occur for another week, if that's what it is.
Do you need a pad or anything? If it was implantation bleeding it would be extremely light, no pad.
By itself it does not indicate pregnancy.
Wait two weeks, at least, after you had sex then test.
