Hi, I am 21 years old and I have noticed lump inside my vagina. It is not painful but I can feel it when I squeeze vagina. I think that it wasn't there before but I can't be absolutely sure about it. Hi, from description you have given it is very hard to precisely say what lump may be. It may be injury caused by sexual intercourse or some sexually transmitted disease.
