Hi I'm experiencing numbness in my right testicle as I mean when I squeeze it there is not pain I can feel the tissue and everything but no pain it's like it's lost it's pain signals to the brain but on left testicle when I squeeze it the pain is excruciating. I just want to know what's wrong with me I don't know if this is normal at all.

I think it's "normal" for testicles to not be sensitive to pain and pressure. I mean, look at all those guys who play sports or who have sex. To me, it doesn't sound strange that the right testicle may not be as sensitive as the left one. However, this is better answered by getting a medical examination to assess if there is anything of concern. You might have to start by seeing a GP and then be referred out to a specialist if there is anything of concern.
