I am 15 and this will be my 3rd year running cross country and track. It is summer and I haven't been running hard if any at all. I thought that I should start my running again seeing that cross country will soon start up in about 3-4 weeks. I have had problems with my right shin before but it seems so much worse now. Now it feels like a numbness in my front lower right shin after about 10 minutes of running. I have strong quiality running shoes, but I do not stretch before I run, I do afterwards though, and I do think I might have flat feet because I skateboard every so often. I am open to all tips and if there is more information needed please let me know I would really like to get this injury on the road to recovery before the upcoming cross country season starts up.
