Yesterday I was sitting down working on the computer doing nothing strange or unusual and all of a sudden I have this pain in my throat.

I'll try to explain it if I can :

It's right where I swallow or just above it.
I'm not sick and it's not a sore throat, but feels like it's more to do with the mechanics of my throat.
I only seem to feel the pain when I Talk or put my head down and talk which is when I feel it most.
Now here is the weird part... it feels like a bone popped out of place or like something is jabbing the area.

I seem to have no trouble swallowing or breathing but mainly when I talk.

I have searched all over the internet for possible reasons for something to just "pop up" like this and can find nothing. Everything seems to focus more around throat soreness like when your sick.

Please tell me someone out there has had this or might have an idea what it is!
