Off the pill, is it pms?

Hi- I took my last microgestin fe 1/20 on June 20, stopped mid-pack. I had withdrawal bleeding for four days after. Since July 7, I have been having abdominal cramps, food cravings, breasts are sore, and nausea. I am not sure if this is pms or just side effects of coming off the pill. My boyfriend and I have been having protected sex, and I do not think it could be pregnancy. I did stop the pill four days before my period was due. So I'm not sure if this is pms or not?
