Okey to be a pregnant womenin these months?

Hello! I have a question that is i was pregnant before 2and half months, but in some cases the pregnancy was not in a good situation ,so i forced to discontinue(abort) the pregnancy. Now i passed 1 month with out period ,so i thought i am pregnant. So is that okey to be a pregnant women with in these months, or do i need more months. Please advise !

there have been women to get pregnant right after a miscarriage, or abotion and go on to have normal, happy, healthy babies. in some rare cases, it’s not good, but most of the time it’s fine.
after my miscarriage, my period did not return for six weeks. this is not uncommon.
