I have noticed this since I've been around 13.
Right now I'm 17 and yes I have two nipples, but my left one stays in my breast. o.O it will pop out when hard, but it really conserns me. lol my boyfriend says its hibernating... 8-|

But im not sure if its normal or if I should get it looked at.
