Hi  Iam facing problem of pain from anus after sex and colour less liquid coming from anus after sex,pain continue for 15 minute,blood culture test shows no growth of bacteria. I already take antibiotics for STD ,even the culture test is negative,pain also in the tip of the penis. Endoscopy shows no problems for prostate ,there is any chance for cancer in rectum ( pain only after sex
