You just may have hemorrhoids. You are very young but it is still possible. Hemorrhoids are quite common. I can't imagine that you do a lot of heavy lifting so perhaps you are constipated often. This may cause you to strain when you go to the bathroom and your stools may be too hard causing the skin in the anal area to tear. If you eat a lot of bread or rice you might want to cut back on those foods. Eat more fresh veggies and fruit to maintain moisture in your bowel movements. If necessary take a natural laxative to get your system cleaned out and start fresh with a healthy diet. It's important to have the right moisture content to keep you regular. You should go at least once a day but 2 times is even better. It should hurt at all when you go and you shouldn't have to strain.
