this is asif , i have pain in my coccyx and slight pain in testis for last 6 to 7 months, both pain started Simultaneously at the same day. i had got treatment from many physicians like urologist and orthopedic also but they couldn't trace the issue.they also got the sonography test of testis,prostet,semen and many reports.but no result , in starting my both testis were paining but after 3-4 months only left testis in paining only and presently also. i have also done many of reports and results are below:
1. scrotum doppler study : small left epiddymal cyst 5x5mm dated 21/10/2010
2. USG OF KUB: no abnormality detected dated 21/12/2010
3. culture and sensitivity report: no organism isolated 23/12/2010
4.USG OF abdomen: left renal calculi, prominent both seminal vesicles 3/1/2011
5. USG OF prostate(TRUS): NORMAL 18/01/2011
6. USG OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS: fulllness of left pc system and upper ureter dated 18/01/2011
7. usg of abdomen and pelvis :left renal calculi, prominent both seminal vesicles and 35cc post void residual urine
but doctors could not have resolved this issue, i am still suffering the pain, so please help me for the same if anyone have idea about this case.

It seems to me like your pain is coming from the kidney stone (that is what renal calculi means) - so, you have a kidney stone in your left kidney, don't understand why your doctors haven't explained the meaning of the results, The pain you are experiencing is actually the typical example of kidney stone pain - it radiates from lower back to the testicles (in men). You have to see an urologist with these results so you can get treatment. Wish you all the best!
