Hi, yesterday I've started having a pain in my right chest starting from just under right breast and spreading up to my right shoulder. I had a cough for over a month now, but doctor said it's an allergic reaction to dust. Every time I'm trying to breath in I have a sharp pain with the needles. It's actually feels more painful between the shoulder and upper part of breast on the right hand side. What could it be?
