Hey Scott, I have the same issue.. with my moms alergy to gluten my doc and I decided to elimate gluten, coffee, dairy and alcohol from my diet. (Losing weight as a result) and my testicular/prostate/abdominal pain have subsided..been a month. It's incredibly hard to track gluten, as it's in everything, but I it seems to be my issue as red wine and coffee don't seem to cause imidiate pain.
I dunno, 5 months with constant pain and now it's rare and I can usually track the fact that I had gluten the day before in something (soya sauce or weird things you wouldn't think of)
just a thought for you..
But try elimination diet if you've run the gambit of tests.

I too have diverticulitis, at age 32 no less. it is completely treatable with the proper diet and keeping an eye on any swelling in the abdominal area. Its uncomfortable but not life threatening as long as you are careful. If your abdomen begins to swell and become hard. seek medical attention for a rupture. Not to say that the bloating feeling of gas, which comes with Diverticulitis won't flare up from time to time. But the rigid feeling of your gut when perforation is concerned, is very noticeable. It will feel solid almost and extremely painful. And accompanied by severe nausea and sometimes fever. The pain in the "boys" may be a different matter and you should have a urologist check it out. Hope this helps, Stay blessed

I have the same pain, it's not just the pain that is horrible. It is also the discomfort that comes along. Literally makes me grab my junk and squeeze because I feel so 'wierd' and uncomfortable. Very uncomfortable. Other than kicking horse years ago, this is the worst pain, uncomfort situation.
