pain the the lower left side

hello im 26 and i had a miscarrage about two weeks ago i past the featus just fine as far as i know, all of a sudden im having this pain in the lowe left side right about where my overys are, is this a problem, i had a feaver of 99.0 last time i checked and it has not went up or down, the pain comes and goes but is very bother some am i in danger, there is not smelly discharge, nothing else that i can think of
