I was wondering if anyone had the same symptoms as me, I am 53, haven't had a menstrual period for the last 11 years. But about 12 months ago I was taken into hospital with what doctors thought was appendicitis, after a couple of hours the pain subsided and I was told it had been my gallbladder. I have had no recurrence for 12 months. Several weeks ago, I got a pain in the same area, not as bad as last time and it was gone within a few hours again. I have had recurrences since but the day before yesterday I woke with the pain literally circling my body, through both hips, my back and my stomach, more severe in my right hip (front and back) . I went to my doctors who said he didn't know what it was but gave me strong painkillers. The pain is unbelievable. I know I will have to return but I was wondering if anyone else has had the same symptoms.
