I am so sorry your mom is not helping you, walk into a ER and tell them what you are feeling...and your mom will realize that you are in pain and need to be treated

I'm going through this right now..should ibgobtobthe ER or see my doctor..my right lower side to my back is hurting so bad and i have shortness of breath and I'm yawing all the time..it just started..and I'm worry. .

I am literally having the exact same symptoms you are describing. Exact.
I went to the emergency they said it was acid reflux....i told them it cant be....they discharged me from the hospital and told me to get acid reducer and watch what i eat. It started at 4am on a monday and still feeling it thursday today.
When i inhaile shooting pain like a stabbing. It works up to my collar bone /neck area.
When i sleep on my left side it is bearable.
