I'm a 15 year old female and around a week ago I got these bumps that looked like acne, they weren't very itchy, but annoyed me so, out of habit I tried popping them. Soon it developed into a rough, flat rash that is red. It is on my chest and shoulder area. Yes I have picked at it, so now I'm covering it with bandaids, but I'd like tone know what it might be.
