lastnight i noticed a little painful lump right next to my ear, i woke up this mornin with it swelled up slightly and swelling forming just under my ear and now when i stretch my neck on the left side it kinda hurts like ive pulled a muscle in it. does anyone have this?? should i be worried in any way?
